Shipping and Returns
Textiles can be ordered worldwide.
Products from the shop can only be shipped to:
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom)
- America (Canada, United States)
Cushions and Journals are shipped from the Venice showroom.
Umbrellas are shipped from the New York showroom.
If you order products from different showrooms, please note that you will receive orders in multiple shipments.
Returns and exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. You can return the product in exchange for something else, or receive a refund to your original payment method.
Your purchase will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
- The return request must be received within 14 days of your order delivery
- The products must not have been used, washed, or damaged
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories and tags
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
If your return does not meet the conditions above, we will not be able to process a refund.
Please fill out the form here and we will contact the courier to schedule a pickup. We notify you of the specific date and approximate time when the pickup is scheduled to occur.
For registered users, the return request can be managed from the reserved area.
TIMING AND METHOD OF REFUND
As soon as we receive and confirm your return, we will contact you via email.
- The refund will be issued back to your original form of payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return
- The cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund
